Letzthin besuchte ich das Restaurant Italia in Zürich. Eine unkomplizierte Osteria für alle Tage. Denn man fühlt sich dort fast etwas wie bei einer italienischen Mama zu Hause. Nicht's ist gekünstelt oder aufgeblasen, authentisch soll alles sein. Und ist es auch, ich habe es selber erlebt.
